Subprocessors
Joy Labs maintains a current list of Subprocessors used to Process Personal Data in connection with the Services (the “Subprocessor List”), which is available (a) at a URL designated by Joy Labs, or (b) upon Customer’s written request. Joy Labs will provide notice of material updates to the Subprocessor List in accordance with the notice mechanism set forth in the Agreement or by updating the Subprocessor List and providing notice where required by applicable Data Protection Laws.
